(i) Sealed bag for prepackaging
Plastic bags used for prepackaging and have been sealed before they are delivered to the retailer will not be charged. Some examples are provided below for illustration:

(ii) Plastic bag forming part of the goods
Plastic bags forming part of the goods will not be charged. They include i) the bag is specifically designed for containing the goods, ii) the quality of the goods would deteriorate if they were not contained in the bag; iii) the goods are in liquid form and contained in the bag or the goods are in liquid contained in the bag; and iv) information on how to consume or use the goods is printed, written or labeled on the bag.
