Air Sensitive Receivers (ASRs)
Representative Air Sensitive Receivers (ASRs) were identified according to the requirements set out in Annex 12 of the Environmental Impact Assessment Ordinance – Technical Memorandum. The representative ASRs include existing and planned buildings within 500m of the Extension Site boundary. For odour impact assessment, the Study Area has been extended to cover TKO New Town, Heng Fa Chuen and Siu Sai Wan. Planned developments were identified with reference to the latest Outline Zoning Plans (OZPs).
