Landscape Impact

Following the implementation of mitigation measures, landscape impact at most of the landscape resources and landscape character areas will be insubstantial. The landscape impacts would range from "insubstantial to substantial" at landscape resources during construction phase. The impacts will be reduced to "insubstantial to moderate" during the operation and restoration phases and further reduced to "insubstantial to slight" at year 10 of the aftercare phase when the restored landscape is fully mature. There will be "slight positive" landscape impacts on the reclaimed TKO Area 137
