BASELINE CONDITIONS

Landscape and visual impacts assessment has been carried out for the construction, operation, restoration and aftercare phases the Extension. The limit of the landscape impact study is 500m beyond the limit of the works. Baseline landscape resources (LRs) (physical and cultural) and landscape character areas (LCA) have been identified and their sensitivity have been assessed. The visual envelop during construction, restoration/aftercare phases and visual sensitive receivers have also been identified.
