With the implementation of the recommended mitigation measures, the mitigated construction noise levels at the representative NSRs will comply with the construction noise criterion of 75 dB(A) throughout the construction period. Noise monitoring during the construction stage is recommended to ensure compliance with the relevant noise criteria.

The predicted operational noise levels at the representative NSRs are expected to comply with the daytime and evening-time criteria based on the assessment using a set of specified maximum SWLs for the fixed plant to be installed for the Project. Attenuation measures, if required, will be provided to the fixed plant for achieving the guaranteed noise levels during the detailed design stage. Noise monitoring during the operational phase of the revitalised CPS should follow the contractual requirement as necessary.
