	The impact assessment has indicated that, if properly controlled, construction and operation phase will not cause adverse impacts to the existing drainage and sewerage systems. The anticipated quantities of wastewater to be generated during the Project will be small. With the implementation of general good site practices, the construction and operation of the Project will not cause adverse water quality impact.
