The construction noise impact assessment was undertaken in accordance with the procedures outlined in the Technical memorandum on Noise from Construction Work other than Percussive Piling (GW-TM) under the Noise Control Ordinance (NCO) and the EIAO-TM.

With the implementation of mitigation measures, the predicted construction noise levels at the NSRs are below the noise criteria.
