Noise monitoring is recommended during the construction phase to ensure compliance with the noise criterion at the representative NSRs. Weekly noise monitoring will be undertaken at the representative NSRs (HK3 Kaw Liu Village and HK5 Ta Kwu Ling Village) during construction at Works Area III and IV of the River Modification and Associated Works. Monthly site audits will be conducted for both Advanced Works and River Modification and Associated Works to ensure that the recommended mitigation measures are properly implemented during the construction stage.
