Application for Approval to Apply Directly for an Environmental Permit

Conditions of Approval to Apply Directly for an Environmental Permit
| 1. | The total volume of materials to be dredged shall not exceed 23,500 m3 (within 10%). |
| 2. | The applicant shall confirm whether the sediment to be dredged is contaminated prior to the application for an Environmental Permit or as part of the application for an Environmental Permit. |
| 3. | The applicant shall dispose of dredged material in an environmentally acceptable manner. |
| 4. | The applicant shall seek prior agreement on the disposal method with the Director of Environmental Protection prior to the commencement of dredging. |
| 5. | The applicant shall inform the Antiquities and Monuments Office, Home Affairs Bureau immediately should any antiquities or shipwrecks be found during the construction, including dredging of the seabed. |
