Application for Approval to Apply Directly for an Environmental Permit

Conditions of Approval to Apply Directly for an Environmental Permit
| 1. | The applicant shall submit an Environmental Monitoring and Audit Manual for coral and water quality to the Director of Environmental Protection and the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries for approval before or as part of the application for an environmental permit. The details shall include the number and location of the monitoring stations, parameters to be monitored, methodology of taking measurements and/or survey, monitoring frequency, event contingency plan, audit and reporting arrangements. |
| 2. | The applicant shall submit a Coral Transplantation Manual to the Director of Environmental Protection and the Director of Agriculture and Fisheries for approval before or as part of the application for an environmental permit. The details shall include findings of the baseline marine benthic survey, methodology and procedures of transplantation, and monitoring of transplantation. |
| 3. | Both the approved Environmental Monitoring and Audit Manual and the approved Coral Tranplantation Manual will be made available to the public by depositing copies at the EIA Ordinance Register Office and at the ACE EIA Sub-committee Secretariat. |
