Construction of a Temporary Helipad at Yung Shue Wan, North Lamma

 

Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the EIAO

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

 

 

 

1.         The “EC155B1” or other alternative helicopter type that generates lower noise emissions shall be employed.

 

2.         All mitigation measures mentioned in the Project Profile (No. : PP-195/2003) submitted by the project proponent on 4 August 2003 shall be fully implemented.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Note

 

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
