Condition Imposed under section 5(12) of the Ordinance

For Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All environmental mitigation measures described in the Project Profile submitted with the Application No. DIR-111/2004 on 18 November 2004 shall be fully implemented.

2. Before commencement of works, the applicant shall submit a detailed tree survey on the trees to be felled within the site area together with proposals for tree transplant and compensatory planting at nearby slopes.

3. No construction work shall be carried out on Saturdays, Sundays and Public Holidays.

Note:

Under Section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
