Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the EIA Ordinance

For Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All measures described in the Project Profile submitted with the application on 21 Dec 2007 shall fully be implemented.

2. The applicant shall submit to the Director for approval, at least 2 weeks before commencement of construction, 5 sets of Master Landscape Plan showing the locations of the plant species of conservation importance and all existing trees within the works area, proposed ring size for the plant species of conservation importance and trees located within sprayed concrete area, colour scheme for the maintenance stairs and the sprayed concrete on the slope surface and a proposal to protect trees and species of conservation importance on site, before commencement of works.
