Application for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

Sewage Pumping Station

Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the Ordinance

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All measures described in the Project Profile (No. PP-387/2009) submitted by the applicant on 22 June 2009 shall be fully implemented.

2. A contingency plan for emergency discharge shall be developed prior to the commencement of construction of the Project.

3. Routine monitoring, inspection and maintenance of the sewage pumping station should be carried out during operation stage of the Project.

Note:

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director¡¦s decision.
