Project Title: Lei Yue Mun Waterfront Enhancement Project-

Dredging Works for Public Landing Facility at Lei Yue Mun

Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the Ordinance

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All measures described in the Project Profile (No. PP- 414/2010) submitted by the project proponent on 12 July 2010 be fully implemented.

2. The dredging works shall not be carried out concurrently with the piling works for landing or breakwater.

3. The applicant shall confirm in writing in the monthly audit report full implementation of all mitigation measures recommended in the Project Profile, the monthly audit report shall be certified by the Independent Environmental Checker (IEC) before submission.

Note

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
