Directly for Environmental Permit
1. All mitigation measures and the Environmental Monitoring and Audit Plan described in the Project Profile (No. PP-472/2012) submitted by the Applicant on 6 September 2012 shall be fully implemented.
2. A landscape plan including the detailed protective measures for the existing trees, compensatory tree planting and soft landscape treatment scheme to be implemented, shall be submitted to the Director prior to the commencement of construction work.
3. An independent checker shall be employed to audit the implementation of all mitigation measures recommended in the Project Profile (No. PP-472/2012) and confirm full compliance through monthly report to the Director during and upon completion of the construction work.
Note:
Under Section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
