The EIA report is approved by the Director on the condition that the following amendments are incorporated into the EIA report. These amendments shall form part of the approved EIA report.
1. The Environmental Monitoring and Audit data and reports shall be uploaded on a designated website for public information as soon as it is technically practicable after the data have been collected.
2. The approval of the EIA report shall not remove any person's responsibility to comply with other legislation including but not be limited to Occupational Safety and Health Ordinance and Factories and Industrial Undertakings Ordinance or to obtain other Government approvals.
