Mitigation Measure Used:

• Loss of assemblages which cover an area of 30,000 m² located within the reclamation site will be compensated with the provision of a 31,000m² of rubble mound seawalls on the western and southwestern edges of the reclamation to facilitate re-colonisation of soft corals and gorgonians.
