6.0 Environmental Non-conformance

6.1 Summary of Exceedance of Action and Limit Level

There were thirteen exceedances of Action and Limit Level in DO, Turbidity and SS recorded during the Project. However, all exceedances were not work-related and hence no further mitigation measures were required.

6.2 Summary of Environmental Complaints

No environmental complaints were received during the course of the Project.

6.3 Summary of Notification of Summons and Prosecutions

There were no notification of summons respect to environmental issues registered during the Project.
