9.0 Review of validity of EIA predictions and recommendations

Although there were exceedances of Action and Limit Level recorded but all of them were not work-related. Therefore, the Project complied with all environmental standards and legislation as mitigation measures of the construction and operation stage recommended in the EIA Report were implemented satisfactorily. This compliance reflected that the EIA predictions were found accurate and the recommended mitigation measures were effective on the environmental monitoring and audit mechanisms.
