Ö					Blockage of catchpits were found at TTA3, C66 (outfall BB and EE) and C6.	Clear the blockage and desilt regularly.
Ö					Accumulated construction waste was found at Area B and broken tree branches and leaves were found at gully of C66 and on carriageway at TTA32.	Improve housekeeping in the site.
Ö					Stagnant water was found at Grid 9 site entrance.	Remove the water or level the area.
	Ö				Oil spillage was observed from a generator and a few oil drums.	Remove the oil stain.
	Ö	Ö			Water was observed accumulated in drip trays with generator and oil drums.	Remove the oily water and dispose of as chemical waste.
		Ö			Stagnant water was found in the refuse collection bin at Grid 6, inside catchpit at FR16 and in the excavated trench at TTA58-S2.	Remove the stagnant water to prevent mosquito breeding.
		Ö			Untidy condition at Grid 8 and sand deposited at site office area.	Improve housekeeping on site.
		Ö			Deadleaves were found inside u-channel at TTA58-S2.	Properly maintain the drainage.
			Ö		Stagnant water was found inside chamber of Grid 8, excavated trench at TTA58-S2, inside u-channel at FR17 and inside catchpit at F16.	Clear the stagnant water regularly.
			Ö		Broken concrete and leaves were found inside u-channel at TTA3 and C6/C66 and gullies at F16 were found blocked.	Properly maintain the drainage system.
			Ö		Sand was found on carriageway at TTA12. General refuse was found at F17 and untidy condition was found at C143.	Improve housekeeping.
				Ö	Deadleaves were found inside u-channel at TTA3.	Properly maintain the drainage system.
				Ö	Sand was found on carriageway at TTA3 and deadleaves were found at C545 behind the temple.	Remove sand patches and leaves as soon as possible.
				Ö	Mud trail was found at the site entrance at F17.	Provide wheel-wash at site exits.
