Ö		Ö	Ö	Excess C&D material was found at C143 and TTA3. Untidy condition was found on deck at Grid 3-4 and sand was found on carriageway at TTAW12 & TTA2.	Clear the sand and improve housekeeping.
Ö				Broken branches and leaves were found inside the catchpit at TTA3.	Properly maintain the drainage system.
Ö				Exposed slope at Slope C6 and stockpile of cement (>20 bags) were found uncovered.	Provide cover to the slope and the stockpile.
Ö				Dry and dusty condition was found at the unpaved area near Gate 2 and Siu Lam roundabout. Mud trails were found at the site entrances at Gate 1 and F17.	Provide dust suppression measures and wheel-washing facility on site.
	Ö		Ö	Overflow of refuse collecting skip at Grid 9, Chainage 2200 and Siu Lam roundabout.	Clear the waste off site regularly.
	Ö			Oil stains were found on deck at Grid8 (Eastbound) and Grid 4 (Westbound).	Clear the oil stain.
	Ö			Sand was found runoff onto the carriageway at the site entrance of FR17.	Clear the sand immediately.
	Ö			Fugitive dust was observed during vehicles movement at the site entrance of Siu Lam roundabout.	Provide water spraying at unpaved / dusty area.
		Ö	Ö	Deadleaves were found inside the u-channel and sand was found inside the catchpit at TTA3.	Properly maintain the drainage system.
		Ö	Ö	Mud trails were found outside site exit of TTAW13 and Gate 1. Fugitive dust was observed during vehicles movement on deck. Saw dust was found on ground at Grid 3.	Provide dust suppression measures.
		Ö		Stagnant water was found at Chainage 2100. Grouting Slurry was found at Grid 3 on deck.	Improve housekeeping on site.
			Ö	Rubbish was found inside u-channel at FR17	Properly maintain the drainage system.
			Ö	Muddy water was found near the site entrance of C6.	Clear the muddy water.
			Ö	Some uncovered stockpile were found near Gate 1. Concrete breaking was observed without water spraying at Grid 1.	Provide cover to the stockpiles and provide water spraying to dusty operation.
