Fugitive dust was not observed along haul roads and during dumping of waste. The Contractor had installed water sprinklers at tipping hall but water supply was still awaiting.

 

 

2.

Silty material inside the trapezoidal channel was found after heavy rains. Stagnant water was also found inside the trapezoidal channel. The Contractor was reminded to remove the silty materials and stagnant water after rain events.

 

 

3.

The Contractor was advised to apply for the Water Discharge License as soon as possible.

 

 

4.

Wheel-washing bay at Area B2 was found mal-function. The Contractor was reminded to repair the wheel-washing bay as soon as possible.

 

 

5.

Silty material inside the u-channel at area B2 had been cleared.

 

 

6.

Oil stains from oil buckets near tipping hall had been removed.

 

 

7.

Bunding along the trapezoidal channel had yet been provided. The Contractor was reminded to provide bunding along the trapezoidal channel to prevent surface runoff and muddy water release from site during heavy rains.

Small amount of rubbish, silty material and stagnant water was found inside the trapezoidal channel after heavy rains. The Contractor was reminded to remove the silty materials and stagnant water after rain events.

The Contractor was advised to apply for the Water Discharge License as soon as possible.

Stagnant water was found inside the trapezoidal channel after heavy rains. The Contractor advised that the accumulated water will be used for water spraying along haul roads.

The Contractor was advised to apply for the Water Discharge License as soon as possible.
