	Follow up Observations

1.	Due to rain event, no fugitive dust was observed at non-inert stockpile in Area A.

2.	No dark smoke was observed emitted from plants.

3.	The Contractor was reminded to clear the accumulated mud along the edge of the access bridge (near the sorting plant) over the trapezoidal channel in Area A.

4.	The Contractor was advised to relocate the blower for mist spraying for excavation works next to the VGF tipping hall to a lower position to increase the effectiveness of dust suppression.

	Follow up Observations

1.	The Contractor was reminded to clear the accumulated mud along the edge of the access bridge (near the sorting plant) over the trapezoidal channel in Area A.

2.	The Contractor had relocated the blower for mist spraying for excavation works next to the VGF tipping hall to a lower position. The excavation area appeared wet.



	New Observation

3.	Minor fugitive dust was observed during dumping of non-inert waste at Area A. The Contractor was advised to improve the water spraying at the non-inert stockpile and to provide longer water spraying time to the load of the trucks at the weigh-bridge in Area B1.

	Follow up Observations

1.	The accumulated mud along the edge of the access bridge (near the sorting plant) had been cleared.

2.	Minor fugitive dust was observed during dumping and sorting of non-inert waste at Area A. The Contractor was advised to improve the water spraying at the non-inert stockpile and to provide longer water spraying time to the load of the trucks at the weigh-bridge in Area B1 during dry weather.



	New Observations

3.	Oil stain and used batteries were found placed on bareground in Area B1 near the workshop. The Contractor was reminded to properly store the chemicals and batteries on site and clear the oil stain.

4.	Haul road at Area B1 behind the Contractor’s site office, at Area B2 and parts of haul road at Area A were found dry and dusty. Fugitive dust was observed during vehicles movement. The Contractor was reminded to increase the frequency of water spraying by water browser along the haul road or extend the water sprinklers system for all haul roads on site.

3.	Haul road at Area B1 behind the Contractor’s site office, at Area B2 and parts of haul road at Area A were dampened. No fugitive dust was observed during vehicles movement.

	New Observations

4.	Mud was found deposited along the access road in Area B2. Clearing of the mud by BobCat was in progress. The Contractor was reminded to clear the deposited mud along the access road frequently during wet season.

5.	Stagnant muddy water was observed inside the trapezoidal channel in Area A. The Contractor was reminded to desilt the muddy water prior to discharge.

1.	Haul road at Area B1 behind the Contractor’s site office had been dampened, minor fugitive dust was observed at Area B2 and parts of haul road at Area A during vehicles movement.

2.	Mud deposited along the access road in Area B2 had been cleared.

3.	Mud was found deposited inside the trapezoidal channel in Area A. The Contractor was reminded to clear the mud to prevent muddy water discharge.

4.	Dark smoke was observed emitted from a loader in Area B1. The Contractor was reminded to properly maintain the plant.
