Oil spillage was found from the drip tray under generator no.1 (友興) in Area B1 and oil stain was observed under an
excavator (C7) next to the trapezoidal channel in Area A. The Contractor was
requested to clear the oil stain, seal the drip tray and properly maintain
the plants on site. |

2. |
Deposited silt was observed accumulated in the trapezoidal channel in
Area A. The Contractor was reminded to clear the silt regularly. |
|

|
|
3. |
Minor fugitive dust was observed during vehicle movement along the
haul road in Area B2 near the access bridge. The Contractor was reminded to
provide water spraying at the area, particularly during sunny and dry
weather. |
