in Area A2. However, the Contractor was still recommended to provide sandbags
to prevent site runoff from entering the drainage system. |

Excavators C7 and C13 next to the trapezoidal channel in Area A were
expected to undergo maintenance for weeks. The Contractor was reminded to
provide tarpaulin sheets under the plants. (Reminder) |

The u-channel next to the trapezoidal channel in Area A was found
blocked and muddy water was overflowed into the trapezoidal channel directly
without passing the desilting pit. The Contractor was requested to clear the
blockage in the U-channel and properly maintain the drainage system, particularly

in Area A2. However, the Contractor was still recommended to provide sandbags
to prevent any silty runoff from entering the trapezoidal channel. |

No tarpaulin sheet was provided to excavators C7 and C13 next to the
trapezoidal channel in Area A and oil stain was observed under excavator C7.
The Contractor was reminded to provide tarpaulin sheets under the plants,
clear the oil stain and dispose of the contaminated soil as chemical waste. |

trapezoidal channel. The Contractor was requested to provide proper desilting
facility to Area A2 or divert the site runoff to desilting pit in Area A as
soon as possible. |

removed and a bucket was provided underneath excavator C13. Oil stain under
excavator C7 has been cleared. (Closed) |

next to the trapezoidal channel in Area A next to the CEDD site office. The
Contractor was reminded to clear the silt more frequently during rainy

tray to prevent oil leakage. |

Sand bund and temporary channel leading to a temporary soakaway pit
was provided along the edge of the trapezoidal channel in Area A2. Minor site
runoff without treatment was found discharged to the trapezoidal channel. The
Contractor was reminded to provide proper drainage system to collect the site
runoff water to prevent untreat runoff, divert all site runoff to soakaway
pits or divert all treated runoff to designated discharge point for
discharge. |
