1.	The oil stains observed, during the last site inspection, on ground and over a drill rig at Row AS had been removed. However, another two oil stains were found on ground at Row AS. The Contractor was reminded to clear the oil stains, dispose of as chemical waste and properly maintain the plants on site to prevent leakage.
