1. The applicant must vacate the temporary bus depot from the project site (Figure 1) by 31st March 2003 or before population intake in Tseung Kwan O Area 86, whichever the earlier. The applicant must seek the Director's prior agreement for any time extension thereafter to continue operating the temporary bus depot at the project site.
   
   
2. The applicant shall clean up any land contamination caused by the construction and operation of the temporary bus depot to the satisfaction of the Director before returning the project site to the Lands Department.
