(i) The maximum number of cremators shall be limited to four with a total maximum loading of 760 kg/hour;
(ii) The existing crematorium (which consists of two twin cremators) shall not be allowed to operate in parallel with the new crematorium and the existing crematorium shall cease operation before the new four cremators come into operation; and
(iii) All measures described in the Project Profile submitted with the application of 13 April 2000 (Application No.: DIR 34/2000) shall be fully implemented.
Note:
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director's decision.
