Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the Ordinance
for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit
1. The Applicant shall submit, prior to or at the same time as the application for Environmental Permit, a set of landscape plans, building elevations and details of the architectural aspects of the sewage pumping station including colour scheme, types of external finishes of the buildings and/or structures.
2. All mitigation measures described in the Project Profile (our Project Profile Reference No. PP-097/2000) submitted on 27 July 2000, together with the above conditions, shall be fully implemented.
Note:
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the Director's decision within 30 days of receipt of this reply.
