for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit
1. The Applicant shall fully implement all measures described in the Project Profile submitted with the Application of 13 November 2000. In particular, only electric-powered karts of the type described in the said Project Profile will be allowed in the operation of the project.
2. The Applicant shall ensure proper management and operation of the project including proper maintenance of the karts, proper handling and disposal of any waste generated and proper operation of the public address (PA) system such that the environmental performance of the operation of the project as described in the Project Profile will be achieved.
Note:
Under Section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director's decision.
