for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit
1. All measures described in the Project Profile submitted by the Applicant on 19 November 2003 shall be fully implemented.
2. If any antiquities are discovered in the course of the construction works, the Applicant shall inform the Director immediately.
3. A detailed monitoring plan for White-Bellied Sea Eagle, which shall contain monitoring locations, monitoring schedules, methodology, qualification of monitoring team members and contingency plan, shall be submitted for the Director’s approval. The construction impacts of the project on White-Bellied Sea Eagle shall be monitored according to the approved monitoring plan.
Note:
Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision
