Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the Ordinance

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All measures described in the Project Profile submitted by the Applicant on 29 September 2009 shall be fully implemented.

2. The equipment shelter and all antenna poles shall be painted in subdue and non-reflective colour. The colour scheme shall be similar to that of the adjacent features to match with the surroundings.

3. Affected areas of the project site shall be reinstated and screen planting with existing tree species shall be carried out.

Note :

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
