1. All measures proposed in the Project Profile (No. PP-405/2009) submitted by the Applicant on 17 December 2009 shall be fully implemented.

Note

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against the above condition within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
