Application for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

Renewable Energy Supply on Town Island (also known as Dawn Island)

Conditions Imposed under section 5(12) of the Ordinance

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

1. All measures as described in the Project Profile shall be fully implemented.             

2.    All temporary work sites/disturbed areas shall be reinstated after completion of the   works.

3.   The applicant shall confirm in writing in the monthly audit report full implementation of all       mitigation measures recommended in the Project Profile.

Note:

Under section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision
