1. All measures described in the Project Profile (PP-445/2011) submitted with the application on 29 June 2011 shall be fully implemented for the Project.
2. The reclaimed water quality of this project should meet the requirements set out in Table 1 below:-

3. The Applicant shall confirm in writing in the monthly audit report full implementation of all mitigation measures recommended in the Project Profile.
4. Surplus reclaimed water shall be directed back to the sewage treatment works.
Note
Under Section 17 of the EIA
Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the
above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s
decision.
