Conditions Imposed under Section 5(12) of the EIA Ordinance

for Permission to Apply Directly for Environmental Permit

(a) All measures described in the Project Profile (PP-454/2011) submitted by the Applicant on 20 October 2011 shall be fully implemented.

(b) An independent checker shall be employed to audit the implementation of all mitigation measures recommended in the Project Profile and to confirm in writing in the monthly audit report full implementation of the mitigation measures during and upon completion of the construction works.

Note

Under Section 17 of the EIA Ordinance, the Applicant may appeal to the Appeal Board against any of the above conditions within 30 days of the receipt of this notice of the Director’s decision.
