E4 – Lam Tei Gospel School	Within a distance of 85m from the school, only one pier should be constructed at any one time. The Permit Holder shall submit a construction noise mitigation proposal to reduce the noise levels by either limiting the number of operating piling machine or keeping the overall noise level at the school to within 70 dB. Alternative approach could be acceptable with justification. Liaison with the school should be carried out to avoid noisy construction activities during examination period and to arrange piling work within 60m from the school to be done during school holidays.
E8 – Fuk Hang Tsuen village	Within a distance of 55m from NSR E8, only one pier should be constructed at any one time. The Permit Holder shall submit a construction noise mitigation proposal to reduce the noise levels by either limiting the number of operating piling machine or keeping the overall noise level to within 75 dB (A). Alternative approach could be acceptable with justification.
E12 Rural/village houses near Tsoi Yuen Tsuen	Within a distance of 48m from NSR E12, only one pier should be constructed at any one time. The Permit Holder shall submit a construction noise mitigation proposal to reduce the noise levels by either limiting the number of operating piling machine or keeping the overall noise level to within 75 dB(A). Alternative approach could be acceptable with justification.
E13 – Tsoi Yuen Tsuen	Within a distance of 47m from NSR E13, only one pier should be constructed at any one time. The Permit Holder shall submit a construction noise mitigation proposal to reduce the noise levels by either limiting the number of operating piling machine or keeping the overall noise level to within 75 dB(A). Alternative approach could be acceptable with justification.
