Conditions of Approval under Section 8(3) of the EIA Ordinance
| (1) | The project shall be constructed and operated in accordance with findings and recommendations of the EIA report as exhibited under Section 7(1) of the Ordinance and the conditions listed below: |
| (2) | All mitigation measures in the EIA report as exhibited under Section 7(1) of the Ordinance shall be fully implemented. |
| (3) | The impact due to the dredging and disposal of marine mud arising from the reclamation for the Southern and the Northern Access Roads shall be kept within established guidelines as set out in the approved EIA report for this project or in other relevant pollution control legislation. |
