Conditions of Approval under Section 8(3) of the EIA Ordinance
| 1. | Subject to the conditions listed below, the recommendations of the EIA Report, as exhibited in accordance with Section 7(1) of the Ordinance, shall be properly implemented. |
| 2. | The Applicant shall implement the recommendation contained in the EIA report to plant not less than 13.4 hectares of woodland on soft cut slopes using native species. Prior to commencement of the woodland planting, the Applicant shall prepare and submit to the Director for approval a planting proposal including details of the species mix, short and long term maintenance requirements and the programme for implementation. |
