Conditions of Approval under Section 8(3) of the EIA Ordinance (the Ordinance)

The EIA report as exhibited under Section 7(1) of the Ordinance is approved by the Director on the condition that the following amendments shall be incorporated into the EIA report and the Executive Summary, and shall form part of the approved report: –

(a) The maximum operational capacity of the Tai Po Cement Depot shall remain at 3,200 metric tonnes per day; and

(b) There shall be no night-time operation at the Tai Po Cement Depot from 2300 hour to 0700 hour.
