9 marine Ecology

9.1.1 As no proposed marine works would be included in DP1, the only identified potential impact on marine habitats and associated wildlife would be resulted from potential site run-off from land-based construction works to the nearby water bodies (i.e Victoria Haboour). As assessed in the water quality assessment (see Section 5), such impact is predicted to be very minor in nature and therefore no adverse impact on water quality as well as marine ecology would be expected. No further detailed impact assessment on marine ecology is required in this section.
