7                    LAND CONTAMINATION

7.1.1        Based on the findings of previous EIA Study for the Wan Chai Development Phase II Comprehensive Feasibility Study (WDIICFS EIA) and site appraisals carried out under Schedule 3 EIA Study, no potential contaminative land uses were identified within the Study Area.  As such, land contamination impacts associated with the construction and operation of the Project is not expected.
