- Provide information to professionals and interested parties involved in residential development projects regarding innovative noise mitigation designs and measures

- Collate examples on the mitigation designs and measures previously adopted and proven effective for noise mitigation in various residential developments.

- Offer materials on practicable noise mitigation measures that are readily available for professionals and interested parties to consider, exhaust and implement to reduce road traffic noise.

Each case should be considered base on individual merits, circumstances and also the requirements of relevant ordinances and regulations which may be applicable to the noise mitigation measures in the case.
