27-02-2006 Consultation with the Legislative Council Panel on Environmental Affair
 
    We consulted the Legislative Council Panel on Environmental Affairs on the draft Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Implementation Plan (HKSARIP) and the legislative proposals. Members were in general in support of the draft HKSARIP and the legislative proposals. In response to Members' questions, we elaborated on who would be likely to be affected by the legislative proposals and whom we had consulted in this regard.
