Grease trap waste producers should maintain their grease traps and ensure proper disposal of the grease trap waste. They should also keep proper cleaning records of grease traps for inspection by the officers of EPD.
To ensure the collected grease trap waste will be sent to the GTWTF for proper disposal, restaurants and food processing factories should ask their collectors to supply copies of past receipt tickets obtained from the GTWTF in the next round of grease trap waste collection.
