SME Development Fund – Support Programme for Mitigation & Control of Cooking Fume Emissions Closing Ceremony
On 29 May 2008, Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants & Related Trades (HKFORT) held the Closing Ceremony for SME Development Fund – Support Programme for Mitigation & Control of Cooking Fume Emissions at Auditorium, Jockey Club Environmental Building, Kowloon Tong, Hong Kong. In the ceremony, HKFORT publicized the research report of cooking fume control technologies and testing results of cooking fume control equipment under this Funded Programme to the restaurant trade, equipment suppliers, service contractors and mass media. HKFORT also distributed the booklet – Technical Guide for Restaurant Trade and Catering Industry, covering the related technologies and control equipment proposal, to the participants.
EPD was invited to be one of the guests of this ceremony. There were some 100 participants in the Closing Ceremony.
