HKFORT's Visit to West Kowloon Transfer Station
Business Facilitation Office of the Environmental Protection Department organized a visit for the Hong Kong Federation of Restaurants and Related Trades (HKFORT) to the West Kowloon Transfer Station (WKTS) on 27 March 2009. The EPD briefed the participants about the waste management in Hong Kong, the operation of WKTS, the newly commissioned grease trap waste treatment facility and the streamlined arrangements of grease trap waste disposal.
