Environmental Compliance Promotion Programme – Thematic Workshops for the Restaurant Trade (May-July)
A series of (five) workshops for the restaurant trade was held on 14 May, 19 May, 11 Jun, 22 Jun & 9 Jul 2009 respectively. The 5 workshops had altogether attracted some 430 participants from the restaurant trade and related stakeholders. Speakers from the trade associations and related organizations shared their successful experiences and practical tips in implementing environmental management and green measures in their food services operations.
