Environmental Compliance Promotion Programme – Thematic Workshop for the Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry
The thematic workshop for the Food & Beverage Manufacturing Industry was held on 27 Nov 2009 at the Exhibition Hall of Hong Kong Productivity Council (Kowloon Tong), with the attendance of about 88 participants from the related trades. The guest speakers included:

- Mr. Gordon Ma, Director of Engineering and Manufacturing, Lee Kum Kee International Holdings Ltd.
- Mr. Vincent Li, Operation & Purchasing Manager of Sailing Boat Catering Management Ltd.
- Dr. Anthony Ma, Principal Consultant of Environmental Management Division, Hong Kong Productivity Council
The guest speakers shared their knowledge and practical experience in implementing green measures, environmental management and pollution control technologies.
